I kinda cobbled it together from a macro I found awhile ago. You can press it in any form (I have a sticky bear macro). It will prowl out of combat and go cat. If you're in combat it will use shadowmeld on the first tap, 2nd tap is prowl, 3rd tap won't take you out of prowl. I tend to put shadowmeld under it on a bar somewhere so i can track
